Salem Dumpster Service, LLC Rental Agreement

Thank You for choosing Salem Dumpster Service, LLC for all of your dumpster needs. We are a local business based in Kernersville NC. We look forward to working with you. Although we will treat your property like our own Salem Dumpster Service, LLC is not responsible for any personal/property damage, including driveway & Yard. All Credit/Debit card info is stored for any additional charges. Below are our rental terms.

DUMPSTER PRICES

10 Yard Dumpster $315 includes 2 tons of debris

15 Yard Dumpster $360 includes 3 tons of debris

20 Yard Dumpster $440 includes 3 tons of debris

25 Yard Dumpster $490 includes 4 tons of debris

These are based on a 7 day rental period. Longer rental periods are available upon request. Depending on the county/city the dumpster is being delivered to there could be a delivery fee. All of these questions will be asked over the phone so there is no confusion about the price. We are here to help and look forward to having you as our customer.

DUMPSTER PLACEMENT

We try our best to place the dumpster where you want, but we cannot guarantee that will be the case due to potential property damage and other unknowns. Placement is ultimately up to our professional drivers.

Notice of potential Additional Charges

Dumpster is full when it reaches the top rail, if dumpster has to be rearranged and hand tarped there may be an additional fee of $75-$100. We find this necessary to ensure transporting the load safely.

If a request is made to RELOCATE the dumpster there may be a charge of $50

Wasted Trip fee of $50-$75 may be applied to any scheduled drop off or pick up that is inaccessible due to the dumpster being blocked or overfilled.

Each dumpster size has a specified weight limit in tons, if the dumpster weighs more than that limit when dumped there will be a WEIGHT OVERAGE of $55 per ton.

ADDITIONAL DAYS will be billed @ $10 per day

We expect to pick up the dumpster the same way it was when dropped off. Any DAMAGE to a dumpster will be billed at the cost to fix it. Some examples are holes, tares, dents from heavy equipment, paint, writing, damage to the latching system.

ITEMS WE CANNOT ACCEPT are TIRES, T.V’S, APPLIANCES, BRICK, BLOCK, DIRT, BATTERIES, PAINT, OIL, GAS,PROPANE TANKS OR ANY KIND OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS. ALL OF THESE ARE SUBJECT TO A $50 FEE EACH.

RECYCLABLE MATERIALS like concrete and yard debris have to be separated, per dumpster. EXAMPLE We can take yard debris but that dumpster can only have yard debris, no mixed loads.
